This is a super fun assignment where a student reads a book, fills out the Book Paper (below) with the teacher's help and crosses off a box (if score is 95% or above) on the Book Paper Chart (below Book Paper). Once all of the boxes are crossed out, the student receives a prize (you can do a treat or something from the Dollar Store).
